[OWPT7-04] 3-junction InGaAs solar cells for optical wireless power transmission

We investigated the conversion efficiency for optical wireless power transmission using 3-junction InGaAs solar cells. When irradiated with 1550 nm laser light,we obtained a conversion efficiency of 24.1% due to the 3-junction solar cell structure.
