[OWPT8-01(Invited)] Near-UV photoelectric transducers for OWPT systems based on GaInN multiple quantum-well structures

This paper presents our recent results of GaInN-based photoelectric transducers for OWPT systems. Herein, the fabricated devices exhibited a high power conversion efficiency of approximately 44% at near-UV illuminations.
