[SLPC7-03] The effect of convection conditions on aberration in the beam delivery system

In optical systems, beam delivery technique is important in modern science and industry. Optical systems are used in various environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, dust, and vibration, leading to potential aberrations. In this study, we used a Shack-Hartmann Wavefront Sensor (SHWFS) for aberration measurements to investigate the effect of convection conditions on aberration in the beam delivery systems.
