[TILA-LICp-03] Buried depressed-cladding waveguides inscribed in Nd:YAG ceramics by picosecond-laser beam writing
Buried depressed-cladding waveguides were inscribed in 1.1-at.% Nd:YAG ceramic using the direct writing technique with a picosecond-laser beam. Laser emission at 1.06 μm and 1.32 μm was obtained under quasi-continuos-wave pumping with fiber-coupled diode lasers.
