[XOPT1-02] Design Manufacturing and Characterization of X-Ray Cavity Optics for the Cavity-Based X-Ray Free-Electron Laser Project

A cavity-based x-ray free-electron laser (CBXFEL) is a possible future direction in the development of fully coherent x-ray sources. Here we report on the design, manufacturing, and characterization of x-ray optical components for the CBXFEL x-ray cavity performed within a joint CBXFEL R&D collaborative project of ANL, SLAC, and SPring-8.
