[XOPT3-03] Deep learning based X-ray Wavefront Sensing methods for Synchrotron and Free Electron Laser

X-ray wavefront sensing methods with high resolution and high speed are required for high repetition rate and high brightness synchrotron and free electron lasers. By combing the artificial intelligence with speckle tracking, we show that the deep learning based X-ray wavefront sensing method can achieve three orders of magnitude improvement in speed and provide competiable spatial resolution compared with the traditional methods.
