We present preliminary results of XFEL pulse assessments using Talbot and Ronchi shearing interferometries. Highlights includes SASE bandwidth wave front retrieval, X-ray focus reconstructions, optimization of phase-correction plate and sensitivity demonstration with hard X-ray puleses
