[XOPT5-03] Ultracompact Kirkpatrick-Baez mirror for forming 20-nm achromatic soft-X-ray nanoprobes

A pair of ultracompact mirrors in the Kirkpatrick-Baez geometry produced unprecedented sub-50-nm achromatic soft-X-ray probes. Bicolor nanoprobes with 1- and 2-keV soft-X-rays were generated using this mirror to enhance and observe soft-X-ray fluorescence.
