[S05-1] Usage of e-portfolio and the issues in Inohana IPE at Chiba University

○Itsuko Ishii1 (1. Chiba Univ Hosp, Div Pharm)

Since 2007, Chiba University has started IPE including Medical school (student number, 110), School of Nursing (80), and the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Science (80). The total of the three faculties will be 270, and if STEP 1 to STEP 4 are combined, it will be 1080, making it difficult to operate at once by using paper documents. Therefore, we used the Chiba University Moodle system as e-portfolio. Teachers release information for lectures as needed. Students submitted their class reflections, final reports and self-assessments via the Moodle.

Teachers can share student the reflections and the final reports regardless of their faculty and use them for teacher meetings. Furthermore, using the electronic medium, teachers were able to analyze it with the final report by text mining. This time, we will report on the contents of the analysis and tell you about the usefulness of Chiba University Moodle.
