Sun. Mar 28, 2021 3:45 PM - 5:45 PM [Room C] Oral Presentation C (Online)

Organizer: Mano Nariyasu (Tohoku Univ. Hosp., Dept. Pharm. Sci.), Jono Hirofumi (Kumamoto Univ. Hosp. Dept. Pharmacy)

“Clinical chemistry”, which mainly aims to provide clinical laboratory evidence to medical treatment based on analytical methods in clinical settings and also elucidate disease pathogenesis for new drug development. In the field of pharmaceutical sciences, in addition to the conventional therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) based on blood drug concentration, latest knowledge and concept of “clinical chemistry” based on innovative analytical method (such as, genomic and proteome analysis), are certainly needed for personalized medicine and proper use of pharmaceutical products in clinical practice.
In this symposium co-organized by Japan Society of Clinical Chemistry (JSCC), we would like to share the conceptual knowledge about “clinical chemistry”, introduce the current topics and latest advances in analytical technology for establishing high-precision clinical laboratory test, and discuss future possibilities of collaborative approach between clinical chemistry and pharmaceutical sciences for leading to achievement of better medication.

オーガナイザー挨拶:城野 博史(熊本大病院薬) (3:45 PM - 3:48 PM)

総括:眞野 成康(東北大病院薬) (5:43 PM - 5:45 PM)
