Since 1995, NTT-AT has developed and provided many kinds of optical components from UV to X-ray region for both basic research field and industrial field. We will introduce our optical components such as mirrors, focusing lenses, VUV dichroic mirrors, and membranes as well as material analysis service such as TEM, SEM, ICP-MS, and TXRF. By using our technologies and knowhow cultivated from synchrotron science, high-intense laser science and astronomy field, we are providing the best solution for the researchers at UV, VUV, XUV and x-ray region.
