Chair:Kenta Murakami(The University of Tokyo)
Co-Chair:Naoto Kihara(Central Research Institute of Electric Power Industry)

Organizer: Yasuki Ohtori (Tokyo City University)
Aim and Scope for Special Session:
1. Explanation of the purpose of the session
Explanation of the importance of young researchers' commitment, etc.
2. Introduction of the Special Session proposed by young researchers (Short Presentation)
Each researcher will give a short presentation introducing the special project session that the young researcher was involved in planning and organizing and his/her expectations for the future. This will allow young researchers to share their achievements and prospects widely and create new ideas and opportunities for cooperation.
3. Introduction of statistics on participants and exchange of opinions
Statistics on SMiRT participants, such as age structure, male/female ratio, and nationality, will be introduced to trigger a dialogue with young researchers, who will ask questions and exchange opinions with the participants. We hope this will lead to useful discussions between young researchers and experienced experts.

By holding this special session, we hope to highlight the perspectives of young researchers, induce them to attend special sessions that they have been involved in planning and organizing, and create opportunities for new ideas and collaboration.
