A 2D smoothing based subspace technique is proposed for decorrelating the coherent signals and separating between signal and noise subspace in non-stationary environments due to the short measurement period of fast-moving targets. Compared with conventional spatial or temporal smoothing, the proposed technique can futhure improve the system robustness by felxlibely adjusting the size of antenna array and snapshots.
