This study proposes a simultaneous polarization and beam switchable array antenna. The antenna consists of two circularly polarized (CP) patch antennas, a rat-race coupler, and a switchable feed network using four PIN diodes. CP switching is realized by the switchable feed network and rat-race coupler creates the phase differences between the antennas for beam switching.
