This paper discusses a combination of statistical analysis by the Polynomial Chaos method and multi-objective satisfactory design by the Preference Set-based Design method for Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) filter in a complex practical case, which includes multiple uncertainty parameters. The design parameters of the EMI filter, which satisfy required performances, are obtained in range by the PSD method. The validity of this design is demonstrated.
