[BT-2-2] iCPN: An ICN-Based Control Plane for Enhancing NDTs

Automation of network service management imposes new requirements to the control plane. We propose an efficient mechanism to implement the control plane based on information-centric networking, improved compression, and distributed processing. We show an architecture to exploit the proposed mechanisms and evaluate its benefits by discussing experimental results.
