Assessing blockchain-based applications is a challenging task since there is a spectrum of configuration parameters that control the blockchain environment. Most of the current benchmarking approaches have been done either on simulators, local private networks, or via public Testnet networks. In this talk, we will present BlockZoom: a large-scale, highly reconfigurable, and controllable testbed to benchmark blockchain systems in question, built on top of the Grid’5000 platform.
