[C-12-12] Crossover Junction of DC Bias Across Differential RF Coplanar Waveguide Transmission Lines

This article describes the design of coplanar waveguide transmission line crossover junction based on 40nm CMOS process. It is used to handle the crossover transmission of DC bias and RF differential signals. From the conclusion of the simulation analysis, the crossover junction structure "Grid" can cross the DC bias without introducing more reflections from the RF transmission. And the DC channel has good low-pass filtering characteristics to prevent the AC signal from backflow.
