[B-1-05 (Invited)] Role of Si-ULSI Technology in Realizing Scalable Quantum Computer

This paper introduces quantum computing technology based on silicon semiconductor technology. In the "Initialization", "Operation", and "Readout" schemes required for quantum processing, the technology developed in consideration of large-scale integration and operability by taking advantage of the characteristics of silicon is demonstrated. Si semiconductor technology is useful in this aspect and make them promising candidates for large-scale quantum computer.
