[C-7-02] Large Thermoelectric Power Generation in Ag 2S - Composite Effect of Spatially Separated Layers of Low- and High-Temperature Phases -

We report the thermoelectric power generated from Ag2S with a composite effect of spatially separated layers of low- and high-temperature phases. The generated power drastically increased when the two phases coexisted together in a bulk sample. The maximum value of the power density was observed with a base temperature of 403 K and a temperature difference of 5 K.
