[T-26A] Development of "ViReal" -Immersive Sound Field Recording & Reproduction System-
We will report about development of Immersive Sound Field Recording & Reproduction System named "ViReal".
This system includes below,
1. Sound Recording using 64ch spherical microphone array to capture the sound field.
2. High Order Ambisonics(HOA) encoding & decoding.
3. Sound reproducing using 122ch spherical speaker array system or headphones.
This system can reproduce the sound which has high precision of directions and perspectives.
By using with 360 degree video system, this system can be applied to immersive remote live & concert system.
