It has been confirmed that continuous taste enhanment occurs when square waves stimulation of cathode current stimulation is given under specific frequency conditions. However, similar to the taste enhancement that has been confirmed conventionally, which occurs for a short time after the application of current, if the migration of ions is involved in the mechanism, there is a possibility that the effect does not occur depending on tastants. Therefore, in this paper, we investigate the conditions under which continuous taste enhancement occurs using tastants of electrolyte / non-electrolyte.
