Sairat Noknoy, MD, MSc Public Health (Health services research) is a family physician and qualified public health professional. Currently, she is a board member of the Royal College of Family Physicians of Thailand, and acts as a chief of its scientific section. She has a track record in health services research publication and development, with a solid background in leadership and continuous quality improvement within multi-cultural environments. During the past 20 years, she has broadened her health system understanding working in rural community hospitals, teaching at hospital and research centers, as well as working with international organizations to strengthen capacity building for private primary care clinics. She combines comprehensive technical and analytical skills to facilitate healthcare advances and drive national policy.
