[14E-SIS10-03] Influence of Chromium Content on Microstructure and Magnetic Properties of Fe-Based Nanocrystalline Alloy Powders
キーワード:soft magnetic powders, nanocrystalline, microstructure
Recently, magnetic cores used in information communication equipment have been required to be miniaturization and high output current.
Accordingly, excellent soft magnetic materials with high magnetic flux density are demanded.
In this study, amorphous alloy powders Fe77Cu1Nb3Si5.7B13.3-xCrx (x=0-2.0at%) were produced by the SWAP method and it investigated the nanocrystalline structure and magnetic properties depending on annealing conditions.
The magnetic properties of powders, it was confirmed that the coercive force decreased from the amorphous state due to the formation of nanocrystals.
The magnetic flux density decreased significantly as the chromium content increased in the amorphous state, but the decrease tended to be suppressed in the nanocrystalline state.
We were able to develop Fe-based nanocrystalline magnetic alloy powders exhibited good soft magnetic properties of 1.34T for saturation magnetization and 46.2A/m for coercive force at the x=1.5.
