[16E-SIS12-06] Foundations and Innovations in Sintering Automation Control: Multidimensional Capacity Optimization and Visual Positioning
キーワード:Powder Metallurgy, Multidimensional Knapsack Problem, Visual Positioning Strategy, Automation Control, Intelligent Manufacturing
The powder metallurgy manufacturing excels in cost-effectiveness and the production of intricate components. However, the sintering process poses a significant challenge due to non-standardized component positioning, a crucial consideration for the development of sintering automation in the PM manufacturing. This research establishes a framework for sintering automation control, with a focus on optimizing product positioning within limited space for improved sintering results. The study addresses the Multidimensional Knapsack Problem encountered during the pre-sintering positioning operation. The considerations include carriers and various constraints, such as material properties, process requirements, quality standards, and equipment limitations. The research formulates a visual positioning strategy customized for pre-sintering operations, facilitating strategic decision-making in product placement. These patterns and coordinates also lay the foundation for machine vision-assisted robotic arms, contributing to Intelligent Manufacturing. The findings provide practical solutions for sustainable development and automation in PM manufacturing.
