Nb, Ti, and W metals and these alloys commonly has been used in the high temperature heat resistant industry field above 1200℃. Among them, the Nb based alloy is especially attracting many researchers because it has ductility compared to other metals and alloys at room temperature. Now a day, the high temperature components in the aerospace and defense industries are designed with highly complicate asymmetrical shapes. Therefore, new 3D printing technologies are adapting to these fields. In this study, we designed new powder composite of Nb-Ti-Si. To make this alloy system, each element powders was mixed and treated by high energy ball milling process. The bulk samples were fabricated and sintered by material extrusion (ME) process. The microstructures of the powders and sintered samples were analyzed by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and electron back scattered diffraction (EBSD). The mechanical properties of sintered samples were evaluated by hardness tests.
