In this work, the amorphous powder core was prepared by insulating the Fe-Si-B by way of phosphate passivation and the tetraethyl orthosilicate hydrolysis, which achieving to have low loss and high stability of permeability. It was found that the quality of phosphate and tetraethyl orthosilicate played an important influence on the magnetic properties. Besides, the results show that the performance of the amorphous powder core is more stable when the percentages of powder mass through phosphate passivation and the tetraethyl orthosilicate hydrolysis are 60 percent and 40 percent, respectively. In addition, the magnetic property of the core would be further optimized with the annealing temperature is 400 K and the pressure is 500 MPa. These results may have some reference significance for the development of amorphous magnetic powder core.
