GH099 alloy samples were obtained through hot isostatic pressing, rolling, and heat treatment using 53-106 µm powders prepared by PREP as raw material. The microstructure and properties of GH4099 alloy were studied at rolling deformation levels of 0, 20%, and 40%, respectively. The research results show that rolling can completely break the original particle boundaries of the powder generated during the hot isostatic pressing process. When the rolling deformation is 40%, its room temperature tensile properties reach 1150MPa, and the elongation is above 33%. The pull-down elongation performance at 900 ℃ is greater than 410MPa, and its elongation rate is over 35%. The experimental results are consistent with the results of GLEEBE rolling simulation.
