The multi-shelled green InP QDs were synthesized by using the phosphorus source of (DMA)3P and the narrow FWHM of 46nm was obtained. The PLQY of 64% was achieved after the surface treatment and the maximum quantum efficiency of 2.68% and the current efficiency of 7.7cd/A were achieved for quantum dot light emitting diodes.
