The purpose of this study is to carry out the subjective evaluation experiment for natural images to measure the magnitude of Helmholtz-Kohlrausch effect under ambient lighting conditions. We found that the magnitude of the H-K effect and the saturation tends to decrease as the brigntness of the environment increases.
