This work presents a mini-LED pixel circuit with PWM control, addressing the issues of V_DD I-R drop and V_TH variation of driving and PWM control TFTs. Simulation results show the relative current error rates are below 4.04%, demonstrating the proposed pixel circuit is appropriate for the mini-LED displays.
