Genome Editing by Electroporation of Cas9 Protein (GEEP)、Knockout mice、Sulfurtransferase、CRISPR/Cas9

We entrusted Setsuro Tech for generation of mice deficient in mercaptopyruvate sulfurtransferase (MPST) using the GEEP method on fertilized eggs. Compared to the conventional method using embryonic stem cells, this procedure is superior in its simplicity, speed, cost, and free selectivity of genetic backgrounds.
