[2-D-1-03] 標準化された退院時サマリ実装における実例と展望
In June 2019, the “discharge summary guideline based on HL7 CDA” was adopted as HELICS boarde. In the future, it is expected that the discharge summary based on these Terms will be adopted by many medical institutions. In this paper, we describe the ideas, points to keep in mind, and issues for further dissemination in the future.
