Tele-ICU is an important for major issues such as work style reform of doctors. Reimbursement for Tele-ICU is an important goal for this purpose, but the development of assessment objects and scales is still in progress. Healthcare Cyber security and medical DX in Japan are important, but social understanding is not being established. As a first step in the study, we examined how social assessment schemes such as cybersecurity and medical fees for Tele-ICUs. As evaluations of telemedicine medical fees, there are DtoP methods such as medical examinations and remote monitoring, and DtoD methods in which doctors are instructed by specialists. On the other hand, although not directly related to medical practice, such as sharing of medical information, medical staffs communication, and cyber security, evaluation scales for information technology that supports medical care should be considered. Tele-ICU is a DtoD type of telemedicine, and it is necessary to build a cooperation system between the target hospital and the skilled hospital before starting. During operation, it is necessary for medical personnel to manage shared patient information and privacy protection for quality improvement. Specifically, medical professional should control technical issues such as access authority settings, user authentication, communication channels, communication devices, VLANs, and cybersecurity. It is important that knowledge is accumulated from Tele-ICU cybersecurity, effective accesment methods are considered, and social evaluation is established.
