[K-9-05] Low-Jitter CMOS Inverter-Based RC Oscillator with Voltage-Integration Feedback for Sensor Interface

In this work, we proposed a low-power high-resolution sensor interface circuit based on a range improved feedback RC oscillator, which could be applied for various kinds of sensing. The sensor prototype circuit is fabricated in 0.18μm standard CMOS process, achieving period jitter of 50ppm while the cycle is 55 μs, and the power consumption is 7.5 μW with 1-V power supply.
