SnS in group IV monochalcogenide is an attracting layered two-dimensional material due to multiferroic characteristic. In this study, two types of polarization domains, 90° and 180° domains, were identified by combining the piezoresponse force microscopy (PFM) and TEM observation. Moreover, an atomic structure of domain walls was discussed.
