[A-4-04] Thermal Desorption Study of PCz-sorted SWCNTs for Electronic Hourglass Device

The hysteresis-friendly “Electronic hourglass” device based on PCz-sorted SWCNTs TFT has been demonstrated. In this paper, the origin of interface defects and interface chemical reaction of the device are studied. A reaction between PCz and the substrate SiO2 has been found and two reaction stages in the TDS process have also been revealed. A schematic model is proposed to explain the above phenomena.
