[A-6-05 (Late News)] Ultra Flexible and Highly Integrated All Solid-State Artificial Synapse Arrays Based on van der Waals 2D/Solid Electrolyte Heterostructures for Wearable Edge Computing
Herein, the development of an ultra-flexible artifi-cial-synaptic array device with concrete-mechanical cyclic endurance consisting of a novel heterostructure with an all-solid-state two-dimensional (2D) MoS2 channel and LiSiOx (lithium silicate) is demonstrated, exhibiting excellent neuromorphic synaptic characteris-tics with a non-linearity of 0.55 and asymmetry ratio of 0.22. Thus, a high classification accuracy of 95 % is achieved without any noticeable performance degrada-tion in the MNIST (700 times @ 10 mm bending radius).
