[B-1-01 (Invited)] Si Platform for Implementing High-fidelity Quantum Gates and Quantum Error Correction

We use Si/SiGe quantum dots equipped with a micro-magnet to implement electron spin qubits. This method is useful to speed up the qubit drive, and therefore we achieve single and two-qubit gates with high enough fidelities to satisfy the fault tolerant conditions. In addition, we control three qubits to demonstrate quantum phase error correction.
