In this study, the NV density was evaluated from the dipolar interaction strength of NV in heavily nitrogen doped CVD diamond with the world's highest nitrogen concentration ([N]=8.0×1020[cm-3]). The diamond was irradiated by focused electron beam of 300keV to form dense vacancies equivalent to nitrogen density in the CVD diamond. In this study, As a result, we have obtained the highest NV density ensemble in the world on CVD diamonds (8.5x1018 cm-3) and HPHT diamonds (1.1x1019 cm-3). The NV’s high concentration is necessary breakthrough experimental for improving magnetic sensitivity.
