Operando ESR measurements were conducted in order to investigate the charge transfer mechanism of RP tin-based perovskite solar cells. It is found that reverse electron transfer occurs from PVK layer to HTL layer under simulated solar irradiation, which enhances the band bending at the interface. As a result, interface recombination is inhibited, and the VOC of the solar cell devices increases.
