Sunplus Technology has developed an AttoSense-FET biosensor that is compatible with standard CMOS manufacturing processes. Our results show that the AttoSense-FETs are capable of detecting different concentrations of cortisol in Quality Control samples. A standard curve for 0.1-10µg/dL cortisol has been established. A CV% of 7.4 shows high precision and repeatability. The AttoSense FETs have a potential to be a cost effective point of care device for cortisol detection.
