[G-2-03] One-dimensional Hybrid Nanowires Patterning by Interfacial Architectonics for Soft Electronics
In this paper, we first demonstrate a silver nanowire (AgNW) directed self-assembly strategy to pattern flexible TCs with a cross-linked network structure using microflow velocity-field-induced alignment at a liquid-solid interface. Under dual-surface architectonics, the periodically changing internal microflow in the overcoated AgNW solution layer is functionalized, to align the dispersed AgNWs onto the designed regions layer-by-layer, resulting in highly ordered AgNW TCs with high transmittance (98.2%, excluding the sub-strate), low sheet resistance (29.7 Ω·sq-1), and good mechanical properties during 5000 bending cycles. The proposed strategy is further applicable to the one-step spontaneous patterning of arbitrary AgNW circuits, enabling the fabrication of flexible transparent heaters with tailored heat sources. Our strategy provides a universal and customizable method to produce functional nanomaterials with rare scale or shape limitations in impressively streamlined fabrication process, offering a great deal of flexibility and freedom for the prototyping and manufacturing of high-performance optoelectronics.
