[H-6-01] High Brightness Addressable VCSEL Array with Zn-Diffusion Apertures at 940 nm Wavelength

In this work, an addressable VCSEL array with Zn-diffusion apertures is demonstrated. High uniformity performances, which include Gaussian like far-field patterns with narrow divergence angle (FWHM: ~50) at around the maximum output (~5 mW at 15 mA) of each VCSEL unit, across different parts of array has been successfully demonstrated. Such high-brightness output beam has potential to further enhance the signal-to-noise ratio of sensing system at daylight environment.
