[H-7-04] Numerical Evaluation of Modulation Bandwidth and Insertion Loss in InP-EO Polymer Hybrid Optical Modulator with Doping Optimization

The modulation bandwidth and the insertion loss of InP-organic hybrid (IOH) modulator was numerically evaluated using the equivalent transmission line model. We revealed that the IOH modulator can achieve the modulation bandwidth of 500 GHz with 2 dB insertion loss through the doping optimization.
