This paper presents a 37.4 GHz fully-integrated LC oscillator-based OOK transmitter with low stand-by power and small footprint in 22 nm CMOS technology for energy-autonomous IoT applications. The test chip has been designed and developed in 22 nm CMOS. Measurement results shows successfully output power of -66.8 dBm at a distance of 1 cm.
