[K-6-05 (Late News)] Improvement in HZO FeFET-based Reservoir Computing Capacities through Operating Voltage Optimization

We investigate the improvement in HZO FeFET-based reservoir computing performance through operating voltage optimization. It is found that symmetrical polarization switching and moderate Vd, which can increase polarization current, enhance computing performance. By combining this optimum condition with complementary gate inputs including inverted signals, computing capacities in a single FeFET reservoir are maximized.
