[PS-10-02] Ferroelectric properties of 50 nm size BaTiO3 /polysiloxane nanocomposites processed by low temperature solution method
The film quality and electrical properti es of 50nm
barium titanate (BTO)/Polysiloxane (PSX) nanocomp osites
were investigated under low temperature fabrication. The film
roughness and crystal phase changes at different temperatures
were compared between 50nm and 100nm BTO. This study
shows that 50 nm BTO nanopart icles exhibit a clockwise
hysteresis behavi or, suggesting a polarization mechanism with
dipole alignment similar to that observed in 100 nm sized
BTO particles.
