To increase transmission capacity, THz waves based wireless communication technology has been developed. It is important to realize integrated circuits based on the THz waveguides with low bending loss for sharp bending and frequency demultiplexer. In this paper, we investigate a THz bending waveguide and frequency Mux/DeMux based on a bearded-type valley photonic crystal waveguide.
