[PS-7-05] Great Enhancement of Sensitivity for SARS-CoV-2 Detection by Integrated Graphene FET Biosensor Using ζ-potential modulator

By modulating the ζ-potential of graphene FET bio sensor, the sensitivity of the FET could be enhanced about 10 times higher than without modulation. ζ-potential modulator is a kind of cation polymer. Using the ζ-potential modulated graphene FET (G-FET), SARS-CoV-2 was detected as far as 107 FFU/mL which is the 10 times higher sensitivity than without ζ-potential modulation.
